Welcome to my page! I am Raphael Chirico, a certified ISSA personal trainer since 2015, and I would like to share with you not only my expertise, but above all my passion for a holistic and scientifically based approach to well-being.

Cornerstone Personal Training is not a public gym. This means no waiting for any equipment, no mess and no missing materials. You practically have the studio to yourself with at most one other person.
