Welcome! I'm Raphael Chirico, an ISSA-certified personal trainer in Bäch, Schwyz. Since 2015, I've been helping people achieve their fitness goals sustainably – with a holistic, scientifically based approach that combines strength training, muscle building, weight loss, and mobility training.
In my work, I focus on individualized training programs tailored to your personal needs, lifestyle, and goals. Cornerstone Personal Training is not a public gym. This means no waiting for any equipment, no mess and no missing materials. You practically have the studio to yourself with at most one other person.
